Terms of Service

Last updated: 1 July 2025

1. Service description

MAI is an AI-powered messaging product operated by MOHR Programming ("MOHR AI," "we," "us"). MAI connects to a customer's Facebook Page and/or Instagram professional account and generates or sends replies to messages that account's end users send to it.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business or organization you represent to create an account or connect a channel to MAI.

3. Account and tenant responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for all activity that occurs under your account or tenant, including any Facebook Pages or Instagram accounts you connect to MAI.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use MAI for any unlawful purpose, to send abusive, deceptive, or unsolicited messages, to attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with MAI's operation, or to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.

5. Meta and WhatsApp platform compliance

If you connect a Facebook Page, Instagram account, or WhatsApp Business account to MAI, you are responsible for complying with Meta's Platform Terms, the Instagram Platform Policy, and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy that apply to that account, and for having the proper authorization from your own end users to message them through that channel.

6. Intellectual property

MOHR Programming owns MAI and all related software, design, and documentation. You retain ownership of your own content and data that you submit to or process through MAI.

7. Fees and payment

Fees for MAI are described on our Pricing page and any order form or subscription agreement you accept. Fees are billed on the schedule set out at signup and may change with advance notice.

8. Disclaimers

MAI is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of AI-generated inaccuracies.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOHR Programming will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability arising from your use of MAI will not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Term and termination

These terms apply for as long as you use MAI. Either party may terminate an account or subscription as described in the applicable order form or subscription agreement. On termination, your access to MAI ends and stored data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.
